Allereerst treedt op: Bloom de Wilde
Bloom de Wilde (Bloem de Wilde de Ligny) is a London/Amsterdam based singer-songwriter, producer and multi-instrumentalist. She fuses dream, ethno and experimental art pop, folk and jazz with surrealistic yet uplifting lyrics and unconventional melodies to create exuberant, colourful soundscapes that transport us to dreamy, faraway places. Her unusual and distinctive vocal style has earned her comparisons to Joanna Newsom, Thom Yorke and Björk. Originally from the Netherlands, with a Dutch artist mum and an Indonesian dad who led his own gamelan orchestra, Bloom came to London as an art student at Central St.Martins. Growing up in an environment where the senses were naturally entwined, her eclectic heritage is reflected in her synaesthetic approach to music and art.

In London, Bloom studied piano and Jazz vocals and played in the LSO community Balinese Gamelan Orchestra. After completing art school, she joined the band Sam and the Womp, adding visual performance and experimental and often improvised vocals to their infectious brass-heavy live setup. One of their tunes, which features Bloom’s joyful Dadaistic rap, unexpectedly became a number 1 hit in the UK charts in 2012, and has since sold platinum in the UK and Australia.
After years of extensive touring with the band, Bloom started working on more introspective, intimate material; composing, arranging and producing a collection of imaginative poetic songs.

Her EP, The Heart Shall Be Rewarded by the Universe, was released by Dream Society Records in June 2020. She won the Radio WigWam Award for Best Female Artist, the International Songwriting Award for best female singer songwriter, and the UK Songwriting Competition for Best Video. Her song Rock, Plant & Animal won the Alternative Friday Award for best Folk & Artpop track.

She is currently recording a full album in Amsterdam and London; a collection of songs that convey her vision of changing the world.
